People & Operations Manager – HR & Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a proactive People & Operations Manager to drive our HR initiatives. You will oversee payroll, technical recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, and the creation of core HR policies across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions, from job posting to offer.
• Process payroll accurately, resolve issues, and collaborate with finance.
• Administer benefits (PTO, leaves, insurance) and keep records up to date.
• Design and execute seamless onboarding experiences, ensuring documentation and system access.
• Support L&D initiatives by coordinating training sessions, maintaining calendars, and tracking completion.
• Draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and handbooks in compliance with labour laws across at least two countries.
• Maintain employee records, respond to HR inquiries, analyse metrics, and drive continuous improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Proven track record in technical recruitment cycles.
• Recognised HR certification (e.g., CIPM, HRCI).
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR platforms.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and training programmes.
• Excellent communication, collaborative mindset, and attention to detail.
• Understanding of labour laws in multiple regions.
