Senior HR Business Partner – International Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a senior HR Business Partner to support our fast‑growing fintech operations across multiple markets. The role will act as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders, translating business strategy into people plans that drive performance, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for employees and leaders in the assigned region.
• Partner with senior business leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned with growth priorities, organisation design and workforce planning.
• Provide trusted guidance on performance, engagement, talent planning, succession, team effectiveness, change management and complex employee‑relations matters.
• Analyse people data and business insights to identify trends, diagnose issues and recommend actions that improve retention, productivity and leadership capability.
• Support organisational change initiatives such as restructures, operating‑model shifts, role clarity and communication planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Payroll and People Operations to ensure a consistent employee experience.
• Coach and challenge managers to raise the quality of decision‑making, leadership behaviours and people‑management practices.
• Lead annual HR cycles including performance reviews, talent reviews, promotions and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Credible, commercially minded HR leader with experience partnering with senior stakeholders in fast‑paced, matrixed, multicultural environments.
• Strong judgement, stakeholder‑management and the ability to navigate complexity across multiple markets.
• Passion for building high‑performing teams, coaching leaders and creating scalable, data‑informed, employee‑centric people practices.
