Sales Executive – Hospitality & Corporate Accounts

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business and manage existing corporate, government and NGO accounts for a luxury hotel, promoting all revenue‑generating services to meet occupancy and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate, government and NGO accounts across target markets.
• Generate sales leads through prospecting, networking and direct marketing, and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain and grow existing corporate relationships, negotiate rates and service agreements, and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
• Promote the hotel’s rooms, conference facilities, weddings, F&B, spa, gym and ancillary services to maximise revenue and occupancy.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts, record all activities in the CRM system and submit regular sales reports.
• Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and provide intelligence to the Marketing & Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in hospitality, travel or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Professional certifications such as NIMN, CIM, CSP or digital marketing are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Experience using digital marketing tools for campaign support.
