About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive property sales for a fast‑growing real‑estate company in Abuja. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth in a competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Source new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records.
- Follow up on prospects and negotiations professionally.
Required profile
- Proven experience in real‑estate sales (mandatory).
- Experience with reputable real‑estate firms is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Abuja real‑estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
- Confident, persuasive and target‑driven personality.
