About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to drive property sales for a fast‑growing real‑estate company in Abuja. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and convert qualified leads into property sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Conduct property inspections and presentations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Source new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records.
• Follow up on prospects and negotiations professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales (mandatory).
• Experience with reputable real‑estate firms is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the Abuja real‑estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Confident, persuasive and target‑driven personality.
