About the role

Dolche Beauty is seeking a skilled Hairstylist to join its vibrant salon in Marina, Lagos. You will deliver a full range of hair services while providing exceptional client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional hair services including cutting, styling, colouring, treatments, and extensions.
• Specialise in advanced techniques such as curling, sew‑ins, leave‑out installations, and wig styling.
• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon workspace.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current hair trends, techniques, and product innovations.
• Promote salon products and services where appropriate.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a hairstylist in a salon environment (minimum 3 years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Relevant certifications or training in hairstyling are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
