Network Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Network Cloud Engineer to operate and enhance our secure, highly‑available computing platforms, servers and networks. The role involves managing both on‑premises and AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring performance, reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and provide Level 2/3 support for switched, wireless and remote‑access networks.
• Administer the enterprise‑wide area network, including Cisco routers, next‑generation firewalls and unified threat‑management systems.
• Manage voice infrastructure and act as the primary liaison with internet/voice service providers.
• Deploy, configure and maintain AWS resources (EC2 Linux/Windows, VPC, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudFormation) and define security controls.
• Integrate cloud and on‑premises networks with partners and third‑party providers.
• Mitigate security risks, ensure compliance and perform periodic health checks.
• Provide technical expertise to the Help Desk and collaborate with legal and project teams.
• Execute any additional tasks assigned by the Head of IT.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCDP, MCSE, AWS Solutions Architect or AWS SysOps Administrator (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
