Network Engineer

About the role

NIIT Abuja is seeking a full‑time Network Engineer to join its on‑site team in Abuja. You will design, implement and manage robust network solutions that support the organization’s training and development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain secure network architectures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve network‑related incidents.
• Monitor network performance and optimise for reliability and speed.
• Implement and enforce network security protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure infrastructure aligns with business continuity requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in network administration and engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Industry certifications such as CCNA are a plus.
