Mobile Phone Retriever (Buy Now Pay Later)

About the role

Palmpay is seeking Mobile Phone Retrievers to collect mobile devices from customers who are not complying with the Buy Now Pay Later agreement. The role involves field work across Badagry and surrounding areas, ensuring phones are safely returned to service centres for further processing.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve mobile phones from merchants, agents, and non‑compliant customers.
• Confirm device details, record information accurately, and update internal logs.
• Hand over devices securely to the operations or technical team.
• Communicate politely with customers and follow established company procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/ONDP qualification.
• Prior experience in fieldwork, operations, or customer service is advantageous.
• Trustworthy, detail‑oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Basic proficiency with a smartphone for logging and reporting activities.
