About the role
The State Coordinator will lead and oversee all point‑of‑sale (POS) operations within an assigned state. This role ensures that field teams execute company policies, meet performance targets, and maintain strong relationships with aggregators, agents, and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily field operations, deployments, policy switches and other directives.
- Monitor and report on KPIs such as POS activation rates, policy conversion, and agent performance.
- Supervise Business Development officers, aggregators and field staff, allocating territories and tasks for optimal results.
- Onboard, manage and retain aggregators and agents, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Validate data on live sheets, BI dashboards and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of POS serial numbers, agent status and deployment details.
- Communicate policy updates and serve as liaison between state teams and regional management.
- Escalate critical issues, support fraud prevention and drive continuous improvement.
