About the role
The Operations Support Officer will work across multiple departments to ensure smooth daily workflows and help drive continuous improvement. This role acts as a liaison between sales, customer service, and technical teams, providing the operational backbone needed for efficient service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational support to all departments, monitoring daily activities and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and technical teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory levels, and operational documentation.
- Support vendor and partner communications to guarantee timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably within telecom or technology industries.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a team.
