About the role
Intarel Resources Limited is looking for a motivated Human Resources Assistant to support its HR consultants in delivering a wide range of HR services to multiple client organisations. This on‑site role offers an early‑career professional the chance to gain hands‑on experience across recruitment, training, compliance and HR administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with end‑to‑end recruitment and head‑hunting processes, including drafting job ads, screening applications, coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding.
- Support the planning and delivery of training and capacity‑development programmes, handling logistics, materials and record‑keeping.
- Help ensure client organisations comply with labour regulations by drafting, reviewing and updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Participate in performance‑management activities, coordinating appraisal schedules and collating review documentation.
- Contribute to the design and operation of HR systems and generate regular reports for client stakeholders.
Required profile
- Motivated, organised individual with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
- Interest in developing a career in human resources and consulting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR information systems or recruitment platforms is a plus.
