Talent Acquisition Supervisor – Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruitment function at our Lagos office. The role will oversee end‑to‑end hiring, strengthen employer branding, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate full‑cycle recruitment across all departments.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and selection processes.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Partner with department heads to align hiring priorities with business goals.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
• Oversee onboarding activities to facilitate smooth integration of new employees.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent engagement programs.
• Mentor Talent Acquisition Officers and Recruitment Assistants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare‑related organization, including at least 2 years in a recruitment or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with recruitment management systems.
