About the role

David Sho Partners (DSP) is expanding its network of senior consultants and faculty experts to deliver its flagship Growth & Performance Solutions (GPS) offering. As a Senior Consultant you will act as an external Organizational Performance Office, helping clients diagnose challenges, recover lost value, execute strategy, and sustain results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements across practice areas such as Strategy & Growth, People & Organization, Organizational Performance, Process Excellence, and Digital Transformation.
• Diagnose performance gaps, design transformation road‑maps, and support implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Engage senior executives, boards, government leaders, or business owners to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
• Provide actionable insights, capability development, and ongoing performance governance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of consulting experience in the relevant practice area.
• Proven track record delivering advisory, transformation, or organizational improvement projects.
• Experience interacting with senior leadership and decision‑makers.
