Human Resources Generalist III

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist III supports day‑to‑day HR operations and delivers a full suite of HR services across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with employees and managers, the role ensures smooth HR processes, compliance with policies, and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and Nigerian labour law.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, including visas, contracts, and family documents.
• Assist managers with hiring forms, salary adjustments, termination checklists, and related documentation.
• Support recruitment activities: source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage candidate communications.
• Handle internal and cross‑border transfers to Nigeria, including contract creation, relocation logistics, visa sponsorship, and medical insurance.
• Plan and deliver new‑employee orientation and exit interviews.
• Lead or support HR projects focused on digitisation, standardisation, and process efficiency.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and dashboards; ensure audit‑ready documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Enerflex HR, Quality, HSE, and all company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, recruitment, and policy implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour regulations and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach managers.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and documentation skills.
