Head of Finance & Administration

About the role

The Head of Finance and Administration will manage all financial and administrative services for SCL Farms and its sister non‑profit organization, providing strategic business guidance to ensure the organization remains financially sound. The role involves strategic business planning, supervising financial operations, and overseeing the administrative portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial integrity, internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, yearly and project‑specific financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Oversee audit activities, procure auditors and ensure audit compliance.
• Develop, coordinate and monitor the organization’s annual budget.
• Provide financial planning, analysis, forecasting and scenario modelling to advise the Board of Directors.
• Represent the company to financial partners, auditors, banks and public officials.
• Manage payroll, benefits and ensure compliance with government regulations.
• Oversee human resources, facilities, inventory, IT systems and website management.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Prior responsibility for finance and administration functions.
