DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are building an AI‑native engineering team for a fast‑growing fintech client in Africa. As a DevOps Engineer you will help accelerate delivery, improve developer experience and ensure reliable production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and architects to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Define coding standards and automate repetitive tasks across the organization.
• Set up, monitor, and maintain development and production environments.
• Track metrics, report incidents, and contribute to delivery planning.
• Participate in continuous improvement of code quality and delivery efficiency.
