About the role
The Customer Success Manager will join the EMEA Customer Excellence team at Commodity Insight, part of S&P Global Energy. The role focuses on onboarding, educating, and enabling customers to maximise the value of our energy and commodities solutions, while building trusted relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure they derive maximum value from our solutions.
- Onboard customers efficiently and deliver remote or in‑person training sessions tailored to their workflows.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Monitor usage data to identify opportunities for further engagement and value creation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Represent the voice of the customer to improve our services.
- Collaborate across functions to create a seamless, elevated customer experience.
- Anticipate challenges and address them before they escalate.
- Capture all customer interactions accurately in Salesforce.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients.
- Eligibility to work in Nigeria or other ECOWAS member states.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
