About the role
The Area Manager will lead the sales team for Carrot‑Top Drugs Limited across Lagos and Ogun states. Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving sales performance of our fertility and wellness product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach all sales representatives operating in Lagos and Ogun.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate with distribution and marketing teams to ensure product availability.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Physiology, Anatomy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or Biological Sciences.
- Resident in Lagos.
- Minimum three years of experience managing sales representatives in a similar geographic area.
