About the role

ODE is looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to expand sales of its dental clinical solutions across the nation. The role is ideal for professionals with dental clinic experience who want to transition into a sales‑focused career.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed territory targets.
  • Promote and sell dental products, equipment, and clinical solutions to dentists, clinics, and hospitals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and field visits.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and clinical training sessions.
  • Provide consultative support based on clients' clinical and operational needs.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, pricing agreements, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical or medical equipment sales.
  • Prior experience in the dental industry or background as a dental nurse, hygienist, or treatment coordinator is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks.
