About the role

ODE is looking for a commercially driven Territory Manager to lead sales of laboratory and equipment solutions across the dental sector. The role focuses on expanding market share, building strong relationships with dental laboratories and related stakeholders, and delivering consultative selling support.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed territory targets for laboratory products and dental equipment.
  • Promote and sell digital workflow solutions, consumables, CAD/CAM systems, scanners, and milling units to dental laboratories, technicians, dentists and procurement teams.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and workflow training sessions.
  • Advise customers on laboratory workflow optimisation and equipment integration.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful installation, after‑sales support and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to inform growth strategies.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals and contracts, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
  • Represent ODE at trade shows, conferences and industry events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Management or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, dental laboratory, medical equipment or technical sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of dental laboratory operations, digital workflows and equipment adoption.

Required skills

  • Experience selling CAD/CAM systems, scanners and milling units.
  • Knowledge of digital workflow solutions for dental laboratories.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and territory management.
