Join an established auto‑spare parts retailer in Lagos as a Customer Service Graduate Trainee. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting daily operations in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Process orders and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Support daily administrative and customer service operations.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service or a related role.
• Residence in or around Surulere, Lagos.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

• Base pay ranging from N120,000 to N150,000 per month.
