About the role
We are looking for a sharp, forward‑thinking graduate to join an established auto‑spare parts retailer in Lagos as a Customer Service Graduate Trainee. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in handling customer interactions, processing orders, and supporting daily service operations.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, provide accurate product information, and ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Support daily administrative and customer‑service tasks as needed.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline.
- 0–1 year experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good problem‑solving and customer‑handling skills.
- Residence in or around Surulere, Lagos.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
What we offer
- Base salary ranging from N120,000 to N150,000 per month.
