Store Executive – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Executive will lead the day‑to‑day operations of the Sun King retail outlet in Ihiala, ensuring sales targets are met while maintaining high standards of inventory control, customer service, and store presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, track, and issue stock following FIFO principles; maintain accurate stock cards and online logs.
• Perform daily cycle counts, monthly stock takes, and manage spare‑parts re‑orders.
• Handle faulty units: assess warranty eligibility, conduct basic repairs, and coordinate disposals.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑organized shop floor and repair bench, adhering to safety procedures.
• Welcome walk‑in customers, provide product assistance, and resolve queries in collaboration with Energy Officers and the Call Center.
• Prepare daily on‑hand stock reports and issue‑out reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in a similar retail or inventory role.
• Strong communication, integrity, and customer‑focus.
• Team player with flexibility and proven report‑writing ability.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
