About the role

Join an established auto‑spare parts retailer in Lagos as a Customer Service Graduate Trainee. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting daily operations in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Attend to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Process orders and provide accurate product information.
Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Support daily administrative and customer service operations.

Required profile

B.Sc or HND in any relevant discipline.
0–1 year experience in customer service or a related role.
Residence in or around Surulere, Lagos.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

What we offer

Base pay ranging from N120,000 to N150,000 per month.
Additional benefits as per company policy.
