About the role
The Channel Development Manager will lead the identification, acquisition, and maintenance of dealer networks to drive growth in targeted household markets. You will shape regional sales strategies, guide junior sales staff, and continuously improve channel processes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and household demand, identify potential dealer resources, and cultivate new dealer relationships.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with channel marketing strategies, selecting high‑quality dealers and ensuring implementation of sales solutions.
- Provide professional guidance to junior sales personnel and continuously optimize the sales workflow.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in industrial products, consumer durables, electronics, electrical, or photovoltaic/new‑energy sectors.
- Experience with well‑known domestic or international enterprises.
Required skills
- Proficiency in value‑based marketing and channel development.
- Strong capabilities in customer relationship management, business negotiation, and cross‑cultural communication.
