About the role
Emrald Sustainable Homes is seeking a full‑time Sales Representative to join our on‑site team in Abuja. You will play a key part in helping individuals and families achieve homeownership through our sustainable housing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for residential properties.
- Engage prospective clients, present housing options and negotiate contracts.
- Close sales while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales‑driving strategies.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience with strong prospecting and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of real estate and sustainable housing trends, or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in real‑estate sales is advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
