About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Head of Business Development to lead revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across construction, real estate, infrastructure, recreation, and cement distribution. This senior, execution‑focused role will identify high‑value opportunities, close deals, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across real estate, infrastructure, recreation parks, and cement supply.
- Drive sales, negotiate and close high‑value deals to meet revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with investors, corporate clients, vendors, suppliers, and government stakeholders.
- Support interstate expansion and develop market penetration strategies for key sectors.
- Contribute to go‑to‑market, pricing, positioning, and revenue‑optimization initiatives.
- Track leads, manage the business pipeline, and report on performance metrics.
- Secure sponsorships and commercial collaborations for recreation park assets.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within construction, real estate, infrastructure, or logistics.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing high‑value deals, and managing client relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to provide market insights and competitor analysis.
