About the role
The Business Developer Associate will drive merchant acquisition for Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution. This field‑based position involves daily interaction with business owners, helping them understand and adopt the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Approach and engage business owners in targeted markets and commercial areas.
- Educate merchants on the benefits and usage of the Pay With Transfer (PWT) service.
- Onboard merchants and assist them in opening business accounts.
- Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets set by the team.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Must reside in Lagos.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Energetic, confident, and target‑driven mindset.
