About the role
The Organization for Innovation in Public Health (OIPH), PATH’s local affiliate in Nigeria, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the Nigeria Country Program. Based in Abuja, you will ensure smooth office operations and act as a liaison between project teams and the PATH country office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk reception, phone calls and email correspondence.
- Maintain contact lists, schedule appointments, book conference rooms and manage calendars.
- Order office supplies, coordinate maintenance, handle mail and produce routine correspondence.
- Prepare regular reports and maintain filing and data‑management systems.
- Arrange travel, accommodation and transport for staff and guests.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, tele‑conferences and catering needs.
- Support procurement of project goods and services in collaboration with program staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum three years of administrative or assistant experience, preferably in a non‑profit setting.
- Strong time‑management, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Nigeria.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
