About the role
We are looking for an Administrative & Executive Support Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role involves reviewing business documents, extracting key information, and delivering clear written insights in English.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze business documents, SOPs, reports, and workflows to extract key information.
- Create structured questions and insights based on analyzed material.
- Perform basic analytical tasks to identify inconsistencies or gaps in operational content.
- Produce high‑quality written work in English with strong attention to detail.
- Utilize spreadsheets, document tools, and digital office platforms to manage tasks efficiently.
Required profile
- Professional experience in at least one business domain such as operations, finance, or customer support.
- Strong reading comprehension and analytical abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

What we offer
- Contract position with flexible hours (10‑40 hrs/week).
