Project and Operations Specialist (Remote, $80/hr)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Project and Operations Specialist to coordinate multiple initiatives and streamline workflows in a fully remote environment. You will act as the central hub for project execution, ensuring deliverables are met on time and that teams collaborate efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects using Asana, Monday, and Basecamp.
• Facilitate cross‑functional team collaboration through clear written and verbal communication.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and implement operational processes to boost team productivity.
• Create comprehensive documentation, status reports, and process guides for stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training of team members on project management tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong experience in project management and general operations roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to obstacles.
