Accountant & Billing Officer

About the role
Pine and Ivory Limited is seeking a diligent Accountant & Billing Officer to join its finance team in Lagos. You will be responsible for managing invoicing, billing, and core accounting functions while supporting payroll and statutory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue client invoices, quotations, receipts, and payment schedules.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions, monitoring project budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash‑flow summaries.
- Support payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, billing, or financial administration.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
