About the role
Fluff & Stars is recruiting on behalf of a client in Abuja for a full-time Waiter/Waitress position. The role suits professional, service-oriented people who want to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a hospitality setting.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and presentation standards.
- Respond to guest requests and handle service concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to keep operations smooth.
- Follow established service procedures and food safety standards.
Required profile
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels or food service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork, punctuality and attention to detail.
