About the role
Asfaro Apartment is hiring a full-time Chef de Partie in Abuja (Marina). The role reflects the company's philosophy of providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees, while producing high-quality food in a specified area and supporting junior cooks.
Key responsibilities
- Produce high-quality food in a specified area, making sure junior cooks can do the same.
- Coordinate food production, ensuring quality, presentation and portion control.
- Assist the Head Chef in training junior chefs and keeping adequate raw products for daily production.
- Keep refrigerators, freezers and work areas clean and well maintained.
- Work with the Head Chef to keep the kitchen clean and equipment properly used and maintained.
- Maintain team spirit and a good working atmosphere by setting a good example, giving clear instructions and following up on results.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for food and customer experience.
- Hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in professional kitchens.
