Vice President – Payments Country Product Lead (Nigeria)

About the role

JPMorgan Chase Payments is looking for a Vice President to lead the Payments Country Product function in Nigeria. You will define and execute the country product strategy, working closely with sales, operations, technology, risk, compliance and legal teams to expand the firm’s footprint and deliver tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and implement the Treasury Services product strategy for the Nigerian market.
• Develop business cases based on market analysis, revenue potential and regulatory landscape.
• Design short‑, medium‑ and long‑term product roadmaps covering cash, liquidity, access and FX.
• Adapt sales collateral, pricing and RFP materials to local client segments.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and ensure compliance with local rules.
• Partner with product teams to meet governance and control requirements.
• Drive commercialization plans, deepen market footprint and grow revenue.
• Represent JPMorgan Chase at industry forums and meetings.

Required profile

• Significant experience in the commercial payments industry in Nigeria.
• Deep knowledge of payment systems, banking operations and finance.
• Proven ability to create and execute product strategies in a regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management across sales, operations, technology and risk.
