Unit Manager - Property Sales and Operations

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd, a property development company focused on land acquisition, infrastructure and property development, land survey, property marketing and estate agency services, is hiring a Unit Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aba, responsible for leading and supervising a property unit to achieve sales, service and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities of the unit, including client inquiries, property viewings, unit performance monitoring and accurate documentation and reporting.
• Guide and support team members, coach them on sales and customer service, and ensure company policies and standards are applied consistently.
• Collaborate with other departments, identify market opportunities and contribute to strategies that improve unit profitability and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong team leadership and people management skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate and develop staff.
• Property and real estate knowledge, especially land acquisition, estate agency and a basic understanding of land survey and property development.
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Solid communication, negotiation, organizational, administrative and business and sales acumen.
• A relevant degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in real estate, property management or a supervisory role is an added advantage.
