Sales Executive - Property Development

About the role

Brit Properties Nigeria Ltd, a property development company focused on land acquisition, infrastructure and property development, land survey, property marketing and estate agency services, is hiring a Sales Executive. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Ibadan with some flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new property sales opportunities and manage client inquiries.
• Conduct site visits and property inspections.
• Present property options to clients, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with prospects.
• Build long-term client relationships and collaborate with the marketing and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills, able to meet and exceed targets.
• Customer relationship management and client-facing skills, including active listening and professional communication.
• Basic knowledge of property development, real estate markets and land documentation in Nigeria is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field preferred; previous real estate sales or property marketing experience is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in office productivity tools such as email, spreadsheets and presentations.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales tracking software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organisation, time management and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
