Head of Sales and Marketing - Real Estate Land Sales

About the role

Footy Homes and Properties helps clients find land for their dream homes, offering plots in diverse landscapes and prime locations. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Experience Head of Sales and Marketing Manager in Ibadan to lead the sales and marketing strategy behind land and property sales, overseeing campaigns, promotions and client outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, set performance targets, track results and optimize processes to grow revenue and market share.
• Meet with prospective and existing clients, negotiate deals, build long-term relationships and ensure a high standard of customer experience.
• Carry out market research and competitor analysis, and work with leadership to align commercial activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales leadership, with a track record in land or property transactions and team management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field; professional certifications in sales or real estate are an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in Ibadan, with strong local market knowledge or the ability to build it quickly.

Required skills

• Sales strategy, pipeline management, negotiation and closing high-value deals.
• Marketing: campaign planning, digital and offline marketing, branding and lead generation.
• Analyzing market trends, customer data and financial metrics.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, office productivity software and common digital marketing platforms.
