About the role
Staff And Temps is recruiting a Training Manager in Owerri, Imo State. The role covers the coordination of training needs, delivery, records, induction and learning evaluation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate training needs and delivery
- Manage training records, induction and learning evaluation
- Facilitate training needs analysis (TNA)
- Use an LMS and maintain a training calendar
- Report on learning transfer and ITF reporting
Required profile
- Degree in HR, hospitality, education or a related field
- L&D certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience
Required skills
- TNA facilitation
- LMS and training calendar management
- Evaluation and learning transfer assessment
- Coaching, facilitation, communication and organisation
Candidates must submit a current CV stating the position applied for; only those who meet the stated requirements will be shortlisted. The stated remuneration is NGN 200,000 - 300,000 per month.
