HR / Operations / General Internship

About the role

Springer Capital is looking for an HR / Operations / General intern to support its day-to-day work. The role covers recruitment assistance, record keeping, onboarding and offboarding, and general office coordination. It is open to candidates with little to no experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: job postings, screening and interview coordination
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate with interns and employees on task tracking and updates
• Help with employee engagement and communication initiatives
• Track tasks, progress and project updates; maintain operational reports and dashboards
• Handle data entry, documentation and reporting, and assist in preparing presentations and reports
• Manage internal communications (emails, Teams, etc.) and coordinate across departments
• Assist in process improvement, documentation and ad hoc tasks assigned by managers

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
• No experience required

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Nice to have: familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or Power Apps
• Nice to have: basic understanding of HR processes or operations workflows
