Head of Operations, Strategy, Sales & Business Growth

About the role

Cuzoo is a technology-driven marketplace and logistics platform connecting customers, vendors and delivery partners. It is looking for a strategic, execution-oriented professional to build the people, operational and organizational systems needed for sustainable growth. The Head of Operations, Strategy, Sales & Business Growth works directly with the Founder/CEO to define the organizational structure, operating processes and strategic execution framework, turning the Founder's vision into clear objectives, teams, responsibilities, KPIs and accountability systems.

Key responsibilities

• Organizational development: design and improve the organizational structure, define departments, reporting lines and decision-making authority, write job descriptions, identify gaps and recommend hiring or restructuring.
• Business strategy and execution: set annual and quarterly objectives with the Founder, create 30-, 60- and 90-day plans, establish KPIs and OKRs, monitor performance and prepare management reports.
• Human resources and people management: lead recruitment, onboarding and development, build the performance management system, set salary structures and job grades, develop policies and the company handbook, manage employee relations and succession planning.
• Operations and process development: map business processes, develop SOPs, set management routines and reporting systems, remove bottlenecks and reduce the Founder's involvement in routine decisions.
• Management and leadership: coordinate senior managers, run weekly management meetings and performance reviews, track departmental KPIs and act as an internal strategic partner to the Founder/CEO.
• Growth planning: help plan the people and organizational needs for expansion, develop workforce plans and prepare the organization for fundraising and increased complexity.
