Technology Adoption & Change Manager

About the role

A Technology Adoption & Change Manager is needed in Port Harcourt to lead change management and user adoption initiatives that maximise the value of technology investments across the organisation. The role is on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies that drive technology adoption and minimise resistance.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and user enablement initiatives.
• Design and deliver training programmes, awareness campaigns and adoption plans for digital solutions.
• Track adoption, utilisation and benefits realisation metrics, giving insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams and key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and sustained adoption.
• Support knowledge management, user communities and continuous improvement programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Change Management, Technology Adoption, Business Transformation, User Enablement or a related role.
• Proven experience supporting digital transformation and technology implementation projects.

Required skills

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and training skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms and enterprise technology environments is an advantage.
• Certifications such as Prosci, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL or CBAP are an added advantage.
