Technical Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join its fast‑growing talent acquisition team. You will act as the bridge between engineering leaders and the talent that builds Moniepoint’s innovative financial platform, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, product and data roles, from intake to onboarding.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and provide market insights.
• Advocate for candidates by delivering a respectful, transparent experience.
• Identify and implement improvements to hiring workflows and interview processes.
• Represent Moniepoint in the tech community and promote its mission.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical roles.
• Proven success hiring in fast‑paced tech or high‑growth scale‑up environments.
• Experience managing complex offer negotiations and stakeholder relationships.
• Background in fintech or banking is a plus.
• Ability to work across multiple geographies (e.g., Nigeria, UK, India) is desirable.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and technical assessment platforms.
