About the role
Zuri Circle Network is seeking passionate volunteers to serve as Community Moderators across several specialized rooms. You will help maintain a high‑signal, supportive environment for women entrepreneurs, mothers, and professionals, acting as the first point of contact for new members.
Key responsibilities
- Hold the Standard – ensure each room remains useful and high‑quality without making founders feel embarrassed.
- Facilitate, Don’t Just Filter – surface insights that move members forward and distinguish between noise and newcomers seeking guidance.
- Be the First Contact – create a welcoming first impression that builds trust throughout the ecosystem.
Required profile
- Lived experience relevant to the specific room (e.g., small‑business operations, motherhood, recruiting, fundraising).
- Consistency over charisma, with the judgment to know when to enforce standards or offer support.
- Track record of actually having performed the tasks you’ll moderate, not just theoretical knowledge.
