Head of Human Resources

About the role

The Head of Human Resources will lead and manage First Ally's HR and administration functions, ensuring talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning, payroll, policy compliance and workplace administration support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR and people strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, confirmation and succession planning.
• Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, welfare and recognition initiatives.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
• Develop, review and enforce HR policies and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
• Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors and support services.
• Provide HR reports, workforce analytics and strategic advice to Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or HRCI (MCP a plus).
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of performance management, labour law, payroll and employee relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
