Senior People Partner – Product & Functions

About the role

Join M-KOPA’s growing People team as a Senior People Partner, responsible for the people agenda across Product, Design, Digital Lending and several global functions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shaping talent strategy and culture in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, digital lending and functional leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
• Support organisational design, workforce planning and structural change across multiple markets.
• Develop manager capability, from performance conversations to hiring and development.
• Scale and retain talent by implementing attraction, development and retention approaches.
• Use people analytics to turn data into actionable insights.
• Own employee relations cases, collaborating with the ER Centre of Excellence.
• Embed M‑KOPA’s culture and values in all people processes.

Required profile

• Proven HR business partnering experience with senior leaders in a scaling technology, fintech or high‑growth business.
• Portfolio ownership across diverse teams such as product, design, marketing, analytics, fraud and operations.
• Ability to switch between creative and operational teams daily.
• Strategic and operational mindset, comfortable shaping long‑term plans and delivering day‑to‑day actions.
• Experience supporting cross‑cultural, remote teams across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical and advisory instincts, using data to influence decisions.
• Confidence handling employee relations across jurisdictions; Europe/UK exposure a plus.
