Technical Project Manager / Product Owner

About the role

The Technical Project Manager / Product Owner will lead the planning, execution and delivery of software solutions for Rednoxx Limited. Working closely with the CTO, development teams and stakeholders, you will translate business needs into clear, actionable product backlog items and ensure timely releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the product backlog, collaborating with the CTO, developers, QA engineers and business stakeholders.
• Translate priorities, user feedback and implementation issues into well‑defined user stories, acceptance criteria and feature descriptions.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and delivery reviews, breaking requirements into tasks, timelines and dependencies.
• Track sprint progress, manage blockers, defects and release dependencies, and escalate risks to management.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders, capture feedback and convert it into structured product requirements.
• Plan and support releases, maintain release notes, deployment checklists and post‑release issue trackers.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least four years of experience in product management or technical project management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to clarify requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating sprints, releases and documentation.
