Tech Associate

About the role

Jet FarmsNG is looking for a Tech Associate, a technology-oriented graduate who will help maximise the organisation's operational efficiency through digital resources such as the Farm2C platform, farmer and customer databases, online sales channels, data collection mechanisms and internal systems. The role suits someone eager to apply digital solutions to practical challenges in agriculture and business.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the routine operation, maintenance and improvement of the organisation's digital platforms and tools.
• Gather, organise and analyse data on farmers, clients, sales, stock levels and project metrics.
• Provide first-line technical support to staff and end-users and resolve standard technology issues.
• Help develop digital capabilities, such as improving Farm2C, building dashboards, ensuring traceability and optimising data infrastructure.
• Promote the adoption of new digital tools across the team and produce simple reports, analytical summaries and technical documentation for leadership.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong aptitude for technology and digital systems.
• Enthusiasm for using technology to solve real-world agricultural and business problems.
• Ability to give effective first-line technical support and troubleshoot common operational issues.

Required skills

• Proficiency in managing and reporting on customer, farmer and inventory data.
• Ability to create clear reports and documentation that support management decisions.
