Team Lead – Digital Marketing & Communications

About the role

MoMo Payment Service Bank is looking for a Lead in Digital Marketing & Communications to shape the brand’s voice across digital channels, build vibrant communities and drive storytelling that accelerates product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a market‑fit content framework based on narratives, archetypes and psychological triggers.
• Lead creation of high‑impact content such as campaigns, product explainers, community stories and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Define the brand’s digital narrative and communication strategy across owned, earned, shared and paid media.
• Own end‑to‑end social media strategy, editorial calendar, community building and performance‑supporting funnel.
• Manage email, push, SMS and in‑app messaging lifecycle flows to support onboarding, activation and retention.
• Lead digital creative development for multi‑channel campaigns and ensure integration across ATL, digital, social, PR and partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
• 3‑7 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or communications, preferably in fintech.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating past work; applications without a portfolio link will not be considered.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and deep understanding of digital culture and creator economy.

Required skills

• Content creation across video, scriptwriting, carousels, blogs and UGC.
• Social media strategy, community building and sentiment‑driven engagement.
• Campaign mapping, cross‑channel integration and digital‑first brand building.
• Ability to translate user insights into emotionally resonant content.
